We hope that despite the unfavorable period enter the upcoming days with energy and positive thoughts. At this time it is more important than ever to focus on what we can control, and not worry about what we cannot change. We bring you our newsletter full of information from your Community Managers about the newly taken measures in buildings and centers, new services that help ease the situation and advice on how to manage remote working and tips on making the current situation more pleasurable.

CEO and founder of Scott & Weber talks about his company’s toughest week yet and about the support of our customers

Dear Clients,

the coronavirus pandemic has severely affected the business of most companies around us and its consequences have a negative impact on our and your business, as well as on the lives of many of our other clients and business partners. We have moved into uncharted waters, none of us could have predicted the speed and intensity with which this crisis started to devastate our efforts and the values ​​we put into our companies. This is undoubtedly the hardest time for Scott & Weber in the its ten-year history. We are currently taking all the necessary steps to successfully overcome this difficult period, in addition to our aggressive cost reduction efforts, we work closely with our partners, landlords, lenders and clients to ensure the secure future of Scott & Weber – and therefore our client’s. We are very grateful for their support.

 
We understand that the current situation is very difficult for you as well. I would like to assure you that we have started intensive negotiations with the building owners and other service providers with the aim to negotiate a much needed help and a relief for our clients. We will inform you immediately once we have any results. However, in the meantime, we kindly ask you to fulfill your obligations towards our company in a timely manner. Scott & Weber has very high obligations towards the landlords and we are dependent on your timely rental payments.
 
Let me express my appreciation for the whole Scott & Weber team, which, as in other days, works with a maximum dedication. Our primary goal was to ensure the most secure environment in our centers, and we have put in place extraordinary cleaning teams that pay increased attention to all the office space and areas, especially shared areas, during the day and night. At the same time, we needed to maintain the continuity of our services, adjust them and adapt to this exceptional situation. Our teams across all the centers strive to provide the best administrative and a moral support to all the clients.
 
Thank you for your understanding, we wish nothing else but to overcome and manage this current temporary crisis together with our clients. We realize that our common future will be very difficult without mutual support.
