Adam Zvada became during his professional career an expert in provision services by outsourcingu.
He was responsible for the offer of outsourced document services at Canon Business Services (formerly Océ) being its director. With outsourcing of services office space he encountered first as a client, when he from his position of Operations Manager at Ness was responsible for the relocation and resettlement of headquarters of the company in Prague with its 200 employees in the fully equipped office business center Regus. In 2007 - 2008 he worked for Office House (outsourcing offices and facilities of the company) as Director of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, subsequently he held management positions at Regus, a provider of outsourcing the work environment, with responsibility for developing strategy and product portfolio in Eastern Europe . In 2009, together with Petr Mála, he founded the company Scott & Weber with the ambition to build the largest operator of office solutions and consulting services in the establishment, management and operation of companies in Eastern Europe.

Petr Mála worked from 2007 - 2009 in the company Online where he worked as Sales Director for nominee services, in the same year, he became director of the company. In 2010, he joined Scott & Weber, where he took over management of trust services and became co-owner of the company.
During his career in trust services he was ideologically and managerially involved in the production and development projects, for example “one-stop-shop”, sale of companies for piecemeal payments, on-line sales of companies through a payment gateway, warranty papers to ready-made companies, nominee services and others. Many of these services were taken over by the competition and became one of the basic services in the industry. He also participated in the management of some selected commenting changes in legislation of commercial law CR or selected legislation as a part of the competence of Czech Business Representation in the EU in Brussels.
